How does the preview-before-payment offer work?

Your first Trial Reel (₹599) can be edited before you pay. We upload a watermarked preview, you watch it on a private link, and you pay only if you approve it. The Trial Reel is available once, on your first order, per person or business. Our system checks this using your mobile number and email. After that, each extra Reel is a Single Reel, paid before editing starts; monthly packs and long-form projects are also paid before editing starts.

Why is the preview watermarked?

The watermark lets you judge the edit properly while protecting our team's work until payment. It discourages reuse but cannot make copying impossible, so we also keep the clean master private and only release it after verified payment.

What happens after payment?

Once the payment provider confirms your payment, we run final checks on the clean export and make it available on your private order page. Download links expire after a short time for security; you can generate a new one from the same page.

What source formats are supported?

Most phone and camera files work: MP4, MOV, M4V, WEBM, MKV. Upload the original file rather than a WhatsApp-compressed copy for the best quality. Each file can be up to 2 GB. We check every upload on our server before editing and will tell you if a file cannot be used.

How long does editing usually take?

In practice, most Reel previews are ready in 1 to 3 hours after editing starts: about 40 to 100 minutes of AI editing, six automatic quality checks, then a person on our team watches the whole Reel before you see it. You can close the page; we email you when the preview is ready. Our written promise stays at usually 24 to 48 business hours after all details are received, because a person reviews every edit and busy days happen. The clock starts once we have your files and any answers we need, and it pauses if we are waiting for you. If you need express delivery, ask and we will confirm capacity before you pay.

Are subtitles included?

Yes. Standard Reels include captions in one supported language: English, Tamil, Tanglish, Hindi, Hinglish. Captions are prepared with AI transcription, timed to your speech; ask for a fix on your preview if a word is wrong. 53 more languages are available on request, including every scheduled Indian language (Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi and others), romanised mixes like Manglish and Tenglish, and international languages such as Arabic and Spanish. We confirm a proofreader before you pay. We do not claim native-speaker proofreading for every language. Translated or bilingual captions and dubbing are quoted separately.

Can you make my Reel in another language?

Yes, as an add-on. We make a copy of your Reel with an AI voice-over in Tamil, English or Hindi, using a stock AI voice (we do not copy your voice). A person who speaks the language listens to it before you get it. It works best on product, shop, food and walkthrough videos. If someone talks to the camera, the new voice will not match their lips, so we will tell you before you pay. It is quoted per Reel; mention it in your order or on WhatsApp.

Can I request changes?

Each Trial Reel includes 1 minor revision, such as caption fixes, trims or music level. Monthly packs include the revisions listed on the pricing page. Bigger changes, like a new story structure or different footage, need a short quote first. We never charge more without showing you the reason and getting your approval.

What if I want a 30-minute YouTube video?

Choose YouTube Long-form. Projects start from ₹5,999 for a final video up to 30 minutes. The final price depends on how much footage you send and the captions, B-roll and motion graphics you need. Upload your footage and brief, and we send a quote before any payment.

Question 10

How are my files stored and deleted?

Accepted Answer

Files are kept in private storage and are only accessible to the staff working on your order. Links we send you are private and expire. Proposed retention: raw footage is deleted 7 days after delivery, final videos 30 days after delivery, and unpaid previews 14 days after they are published. We confirm the final schedule in the privacy policy before launch.

Can businesses or agencies place recurring orders?

Yes. Monthly plans give you Reel credits every month: Solo (1), Starter (4), Creator (12, most popular), Growth (24) and Business (50). The more Reels a plan includes, the lower the price per Reel. Agencies needing 100+ Reels a month can contact us for a custom plan.
