Preview before you pay

Eligible first Trial Reel orders get a watermarked preview first. Pay only after you approve it.

  • The Trial Reel is available once, on your first order only, per person or business. After it is used it is not offered again.
  • Eligibility is checked by our system using your verified mobile number and email, not your browser.
  • The order must fit the standard scope: final video up to 60 seconds from up to 5 minutes of footage.
  • You can request one minor revision on the preview before approving.
  • If you do not approve, you pay nothing and we delete your files on the published schedule.
  • Every later Reel is a Single Reel, paid per Reel before editing starts. Monthly packs and long-form projects are also paid before editing starts.

Limits that keep pricing fair

  • We never advertise unlimited editing. Each package covers the number of videos, lengths and revisions listed above.
  • Source footage limits are separate from final length. If your upload is longer than your package allows, we suggest a larger package or a quote before charging anything.
  • Supported source formats: MP4, MOV, M4V, WEBM, MKV.
  • Turnaround is counted in business hours after we have your files and any answers we asked for. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays (proposed).
