Shipping and delivery policy

You hereby agree that the delivery dates are estimates, unless a fixed date for the delivery has been expressly agreed in writing. The cost for delivery shall be calculated at the time of initiation of Transaction based on the shipping address and will be collected from you as a part of the Transaction Amount paid for the products and/or services. In the event that you do not receive the delivery even after seven days have passed from the estimated date of delivery, you must promptly reach out to us at studio@leadup.in.

Digital delivery, no shipping charge

Leadup Studio is a video editing service. Everything we deliver is digital and no physical goods are shipped, so the delivery cost is ₹0 and no shipping address is needed.

• Your edited video is delivered as an MP4 file through your private order page on this website.
• Download links are secure and expire after 15 minutes. You can create a new link from your order page at any time while the final file is stored.
• Final files are kept for 30 days after delivery. Please download and keep your own copy.

Estimated delivery times

• Trial Reel: Usually 24 to 48 business hours.
• Single Reel: Usually 24 to 48 business hours.
• Solo: Usually 24 to 48 business hours per Reel after details are received.
• Starter: Usually 24 to 48 business hours per Reel after details are received.
• Creator: Usually 24 to 48 business hours per Reel after details are received.
• Growth: Priority queue: usually within 24 business hours per Reel.
• Business: Priority queue: usually within 24 business hours per Reel.
• YouTube Long-form: Confirmed in your quote, based on length and current queue.
• Timelines start once your footage, brief and (for paid-before-editing orders) payment are received. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays (proposed).
• For the preview-first Trial Reel, you first receive a watermarked preview. The clean final is delivered right after your payment is confirmed.
