Terms of Service

- You must have the right to share the footage you upload.
- Prices are all-inclusive (incl. 18% GST).
- We contact you only at the email and mobile on your account.
Privacy Notice

- We process your media only to produce your order.
- Marketing messages need your separate opt-in.
- Some records (payments, invoices, consent) are kept after your videos are deleted, as the law requires.
Video Upload and Processing Policy

- Uploads are stored privately and never published without separate consent.
- Each file is checked automatically before editing starts.
File Retention and Deletion Policy

- Source footage, reference files, previews and working files are deleted 3 working days after final delivery (weekends and listed holidays excluded, India time).
- Your final video can be downloaded for 30 days after delivery, then it is deleted.
- Your order history, payments and invoices stay in your account after files are deleted.
- Files are kept while your order is still in production or a revision is in progress.
Pricing and Scope Rules

- Each length has a footage allowance; longer footage needs a longer package or a quote.
- One minor revision is included on Reels.
Subscription and Credit Policy

- Monthly credits become available only after that month's payment is confirmed.
- 1 credit = one Reel up to 60 seconds; a Reel up to 2 minutes uses 2 credits.
- Unused credits carry over one month (at most one month's allowance) while your plan is active, then expire. Oldest credits are used first.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; your credits stay usable until the paid period ends, then any unused credits expire.
- If a renewal payment fails, no new credits are added until it succeeds.

Public Portfolio and Media Consent Policy

- Public sharing is optional and never pre-selected.
- Only the finished video can be shared, never your source footage.
- You can withdraw permission at any time through support.

AI-Assisted Processing Disclosure
