Cancellation and refund policy

This policy applies to services purchased from A1Abi Private Limited (Leadup Technologies), GSTIN 33AATCA1597L1Z3 (“we”, “us”) on Leadup Studio (the “Platform”, https://studio.leadup.in).

Cancellation

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may not cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

Cancellation as provided for on this Platform:

  • You can cancel an order at no cost any time before you pay, from your order page.
  • Preview-first Trial Reel: if you do not approve the watermarked preview, you do not pay anything.
  • Monthly packs: you can stop before the next billing cycle so you are not charged again. The current cycle is not cancelled; unused credits stay usable until it ends, then expire.

Refunds

Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days.

A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on studio@leadup.in and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.

The description of each service (number of videos, lengths, turnaround and included revisions) is the one shown on the pricing page at the time of your order. Where an edit needs changes, we first correct it using the revisions included in your package:

  • Trial Reel: One minor revision such as caption fixes, trims or music level.
  • Single Reel: One minor revision such as caption fixes, trims or music level.
  • Solo: One minor revision per Reel.
  • Starter: One minor revision per Reel.
  • Creator: One minor revision per Reel.
  • Growth: Two minor revisions per Reel.
  • Business: Two minor revisions per Reel.
  • YouTube Long-form: One round of minor revisions. Larger changes are quoted.

How much is refunded

Our prices include 18% GST and there are no extra charges at payment. For an approved refund because the service did not match its description, we refund the amount you paid minus 2%, which is the charge the payment gateway takes on every payment and does not return to us. For example, on a ₹599 payment the refund is ₹587.02. If your payment showed a separate gateway fee, that fee is the amount kept back instead.

Payments made before GST was introduced are refunded up to the amount paid.

Payment errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, charged an amount different from the price shown, or charged for an order we could not accept or deliver, write to studio@leadup.in with your order ID. Payment errors on our side are refunded in full, with nothing kept back. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay; bank processing times vary.
